We loved this suite! Eva and Jim, the property owners, went above and beyond any Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. I have been to many B&Bs and this one is the absolute BEST! I would give them more stars if I could. They had an amazing extended continental breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, toast, pastries etc much more than we expected. Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.

Beautiful room, Awesome Host, and great location.

The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Excellent value for Maui.

Maui Coast Hotel was an ideal base in Kihei! It was centrally located right across the street from Kamaole I Beach, and while I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying anywhere in Kihei without a car, there were definitely places to eat and hang in walkable distance in both directions, and the hotel also offered a complementary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. For those with cars, the plentiful free parking was a nice contrast vs the predatory parking fees at the Wailea resorts. The...

First time in Maui and first time staying at the Four Seasons and the experience was awesome. Hotel and staff are very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Complimentary bottles of water and Nespresso coffee/tea available in the room. Also, complimentary juice and water available in the lobby.. Beautiful property in a perfect location. Super clean and amenities galore. The suites are perfect for a family. Towels for pool and beach are provided, along with sunscreen, beach toys, snorkeling gear for kids, Towels for day trips are provided from valet. 10/10

The best family rental ever. For the price compared to all the other resorts you get the most bang for your buck: location, FULL KITCHEN, laundry, guest services, beach access, shopping, and the most beautiful ocean with snorkeling magic galore. We saw sharks turtles and fish by Black Rock. It was amazing. Our daughter loved her first trip to Hawaii. We will definitely be back to west Maui and highly recommend the Whaler.

Great hosts! A clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay with wonderful service. Breakfast is extra, parking is extra and late checkout is extra. All seem excessive in a room over $800 a night. The bed was not very comfortable. View of ocean from the room butalmostno beach. Food was not worth the. Price and would recommend going off property to eat.

Ali'i Kai is just a short walk to my favorite cafe on Maui: That's a Wrap...and then from there just a short walk to one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Kihei. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. Incredible, all-around!

Spent two nights here and would have loved to spend more. You can hear the waves throughout the unit. The unit is spacious, clean, and well appointed with beach chairs, towels, noodles, boogie boards, etc. There are also umbrellas for the frequent showers. We ate out, but the kitchen also seemed to have everything you might need to cook, including condiments in the fridge. The view was relaxing and pleasant. The unit was clean and very well appointed. We had a villa on the top row of the complex in cluster 75. The views from the lanai were spectacular, especially at sunset! Shuttle service to the Grand Wailea was very convenient, as were access to the pool/towel facilities over there.

Great room all around. Incredible view, super clean, and all the amenities one could need (except A/C, but at least they provide plenty of fans and there are large sliding doors to allow cooler outside air inside). Really a great place and great value. Highly recommend!

This resort had several pools that were kid friendly.

Unbelievable place to visit for your Honeymoon. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon very special: amazing view, awesome pools, great food, and excellent amenities.
