"Our tiny house was just right! It was clean, cute, unique, and peaceful. Check-in and check-out was easy. The village was walking distance to some great local restaurants, and a short and easy drive to other restaurants and grocery stores. The "tiny village" itself was peaceful & perfect. We enjoyed quiet mornings sitting on the dock with our coffee, quick drives over to explore Pine Island during the day, and grilling on the "village" dock for dinner. "Absolutely perfect! We had 2 boats that fit perfectly at the dock which is right out the back door. Theres even a fish cleaing station. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Its close to some great local shops and not too far from the grocery store. We had an awesome family fishing weekend and hope to come back again!"

"We've been staying on pine Island for years, and we really enjoyed our stay at the 57 in Matlacha. We took advantage of the bikes and the hot tub just about every day. Loved waking up and seeing the water every morning, even had a pair of manatee swim by! Overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient to everything we love! I highly recommend the 57, it's spacious and very comfortable. My suggestions to the owner would be to invest in a few lamps, taller kitchen garbage can and a colander."
