I recently had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a pillow without a pillowcase, and the AC wasn't working properly. One of the showers didn't have a showerhead, and there was construction dust everywhere. When we arrived late at night and reported the AC issue, the staff fixed it, but it still wasn't cooling properly. Despite our follow-up call, no one came to address the problem. Unfortunately, the hotel's service and cleanliness fell short of expectations.
