I had a mixup when I booked it (my fault) and the lady at the front desk was awesome with helping me get it all fixed. It was midnight and after a 14hr flight from Hong Kong, I just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made it possible.

The staff was so kind and made check - in easy. Pictures were like the website. The room had lots of space because we booked a suite. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. ...
