"We stayed here for our ten year wedding anniversary. I sent a few messages ahead of our trip explaining that we’d been here twice before for dinner- 10 years ago after we got married and once after with our son. Despite that we received no special touches be it in our room, or as part of the stay. I was disappointed by that. Bianca was helpful and tried to improve things as I spoke to her and she was great with helping us sort things out. Overall though I was disappointed with the whole...
"Absolutely loved the location. Beware if you’re walking from the ferry with luggage, there is a lot of stairs but location of the hotel was amazing. Super close to the tower centre, train/bus station and ferry port. 15 min walk to the beach. Free daily breakfast was amazing and they were always on time. Hotel was super clean and staff was great!"
"Very welcoming staff! Beautiful setting. Delicious breakfasts. Secure parking on site for a reasonable fee. The hotel is spacious, clean, and walking distance to everything. We loved staying here."
"The facility was gorgeous with old world charm. Nice large sinks and showers in the bathroom. The water was always nice and hot with excellent pressure. We loved the balconies. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was just ok. Wish the coffee was better. The rooftop bar was amazing. Incredible views and live music. Easy to get to Sorrento and Amalfi area."
