"The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great and had so many choices, it's beyond what is normally offered in other hotels. I even got a real cappuccino! It's unfortunate that the parking wasn't included, it ended up being quite pricey but at least the car rental was in a safe place. There is an elevator which was well appreciated. It's a good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight."

"the front desk was very helpful but our key did not work and the second key also did not work, the room we initially were assigned was on a floor that had not been renovated and it was very musty with stains all over the carpet. We were with friends who also had a unrenovated room that was awful. After our key did not work we were moved to a renovated room with tile floors and a much cleaner, no musty feel. "We loved this beautiful hotel with a 1920’s vibe. Our beautiful room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains to the west, including Mt. Vesuvius. Behind the hotel was a beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees, exotic flowers, and cactus plants. The lobby and bar areas were beautifully appointed and had ornate, colored glass chandeliers. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at.
