"The outdoor area is a real plus, unfortunately we were there during a Noreaster so we didn't get to use it but had no flooding issues as it sits higher than some surrounding houses. The house is very well stocked and plenty of room for cars. The 5th bedroom is up a steep ladder but there was a daybed that we used in place of that 5th bedroom. Host was very accommodating to our requests."

Most of the noise came in via the window a/c unit so removing it and closing the window would have helped.
