Upon arrival they checked in someone else into my room. They did ended up finding another room for us and gave us a free dinner at their buffet. The room drain in the tub didn't work. The poor area was nice.
Overall great experience, kids had fun wife and I had good time at casino and the facility and staff are great. Was not that happy with food choices and quality of food, especially at the “upscale restaurant”
It was okay, crowded today but the kids really enjoyed it. My only issue was checking in, whatever you do avoid the self checking, that machine charged me multiple times, my credit card company froze my card thinking it was fraudulent. I had to call and verify it was my. However the staff said wait till Monday and all the final hold charges will be sorted out.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
It was great 10 out of 10, if you do plan on coming here, just get the food package, because you’re basically gonna be paying the same amount amount. Dinner at the buffet for adults was $32 and for children. It was around $15 breakfast adults &25 and children $14..
Breakfast and dinner is not included in your reservation. I think it’s beneficial to get the wolf package to $89. 99. The place was really nice. The rooms were excellent had troubles with TV so there’s not really anything to watch except regular cable.
As far as the staff not friendly at all, staff seemed like they don’t wanna really be there. If you have any issues or have questions good luck, you’re not gonna find anybody. For this to be a place for children, they can do a better job with their staff and be a more friendly, understanding that these are kids that are coming here to play these activities.
But there’s like probably six elevators, maybe two or three worked so sometimes we’re waiting a really long time to get to and from your room.
The hotel and amenities themselves are excellent. I was not expecting the number of toddlers and children running around wild at all times of the day and night. If you’re a family with older kids, keep this in mind. The gift shops and restaurant are extremely overpriced in my opinion. The Dunkin Donuts inside the property was over an hour behind with their food orders, so we had to leave it and come back and ask at a later time if they would still honor the food even though we had to leave and couldn’t wait for it - which they did - but maybe shutdown the food options if you’re that behind. Overall, we will definitely stay again and try to visit during an off-peak season. The pool area outside is very nice and more geared towards adults. Even the lazy river inside looked fun, but the number of families with very small kids using it made it undesirable for our group at the time. Parking is not free, which we didn’t realize initially. We had to park in the casino garage and keep walking back and forth to avoid the additional parking fees. The 3 minute walk to the casino was great, so we were able to add go-karting and Outlet shopping to our trip with a short walk.
Very clean facility! Water park was excellent, as well as all the kids activities. Great for families who want convenience and connection. Very little wait for the water slides.
It does get crowded late afternoon, but morning was empty!
Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few things I didn’t like. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, it should be 3pm because the check-in process was slow, many guests had to wait in line and couldn’t get into their rooms until after 4:00 PM. I also felt that the room cleaning and preparation seemed rushed. Another downside was that not every room has a microwave, which I think is inconvenient.
