"This property is completely rundown and desperate for renovations. The caulking looked moldy and missing in places in the shower. The lighting was very dim and the air conditioning unit was loud and did not get very cool."

"It was a nice place, I thought it was a little expensive , the coffee maker made very strong coffee so I go downstairs to get my wife a cup, and it costs me $5 , the Ice maker was not working, and the room was close to $300 and no breakfast was offered or even a discount towards breakfast."
