"Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. "This Innsbrook property was outstanding!! Everything was clearly explained and defined, the host was very communicative and available, and the chalet itself was cozy, stylish, clean, and charming! It was stocked with games and basic kitchen supplies and extra linens, so we were comfortable and well-taken care of for our stay. "This was a very clean and well kept rental. They had everything you need. We went for a weekend winter getaway and it was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend it for a couple or a young family. The loft area was a perfect place for kids to hang out and play."

The AC worked great and kept us cool on super hot weekend, albeit loudly. The lake was great and nice sand beach on one end. This rental had pebble beach which we liked for less mess. "
