Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. "The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not guaranteed! "
