"Place was filthy. Sheets were stained, towels stained, toilet seat scratched up and missing paint on the seat, sink scratched up and stained, shower curtain stained. The only positive thing was the ac was ice cold but probably was blowing all kinds of nasty germs and mold into the air."

"This motel is So Cute. Its decorated in and out. The property is clean outside with the inside sparkling. The pool was great, and the staff were friendly.It had lemon water and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was served. Beds were comfy! Reasonable price too."

New, Relaxing, 3 mins to Missouri Valley College!
"The house is updated, modern, and clean, inside and out. There was a very nice patio out back that we enjoyed. Very good assortment of kitchen items. Well stocked. The hosts were great communicator as well. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Marshall."
