However, internet didn't work -- and when I called front desk about it, they blamed it on an alleged firewall I may have and wanted me to call -- on a Saturday night -- some tech support guy. Ridiculous -- internet should be flawless. Also, I was happy there was a Keurig in my room, but it didn't work either. "

"Awful experience, expensive hotel that should have been half the price. Loud AC that barely worked, bed was like two huge pieces of metal scraping each time you moved. Smelled musty, floor was literally wavy and uneven. Bathroom was filthy with mold and hair in the shower. The next day, noticed bites on my son’s belly. Chatted in with hotels.com and they called and said to go down and it would be handled - I did the next morning and they said they would call me when the manager was there and they never did. Never again. "

"The hot tub was wonderful! We were grateful to have that. The hosts were really kind, but we were not huge fans of them coming out to meet us right away to help us check in. After driving for several hours, we just wanted to get in and settled. We felt as though the kitchen was missing some basic things for a fully stocked kitchen, so hopefully this review will help others- it is missing a large pot for cooking pasta, no aluminum foil, and many of the pots that are non stick had scrapes in them, which made us hesitant to use them. We saw the washer and dryer in the photos- but as a heads up- renters are not allowed to use them. Now, we went back and looked, it is NOT listed in the amenities, but we saw them in the photos and assumed we could, and so we packed as such, to be able to use the washer and dryer. There are 4 towels for the hot tub, which is fine, except that without a dryer, it makes it difficult to wait for them to hang dry to use them again. It does not have a dish strainer to let the dishes dry, having that would have been very helpful. It is not as private as we hoped. The furniture was cozy, which was a plus. Some places we’ve stayed it feels like you can’t lounge around. This was not the case here. It’s got a fun massage chair that we enjoyed. We loved that it was pet friendly but did NOT smell like other pets had been there. Overall, it was very clean, the hosts were kind, "

"This property was great for a multi-generational weekend getaway. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. I cannot recommend this location and hosts enough. "

"The host was welcoming. I had difficulty maneuvering the code changes to send email messages by phone. The house was perfect for our family gathering. There was even a Christmas tree! The kitchen was very well furnished with high quality items. The living area sofa, bar, dining table was a popular gathering place. The hot tub was great (for the younger adults) and we watched a movie in the theater one night.It was an enjoyable extended weekend in a private house set back from neighbors, but within easy reach of shopping and other local interest spots.Judy G."
