Bed linen is provided (bath towels, kitchen towels, and sheets). Pool towels are not provided.
Important:
A €2,000 security deposit will be requested via our partner SWIKLY on the booking platform’s messaging service. This deposit is not charged nor does it block funds on your credit card.
It must be secured 48 hours before arrival, otherwise the booking will be canceled in accordance with our contractual terms.
After booking confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to the villa’s guest guide, where you can also book flexible check-in/check-out times for an extra fee.
Parties, disturbances and visitors:
- Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties, gatherings and loud music are prohibited.
- The accommodation is strictly reserved for the people named in the booking.
🛑 A sound detection device (indoor and outdoor) is installed to prevent any disturbances. It does not record audio or video, only measures sound levels.
In the event of non-compliance with the rules and regulations (in particular in the event of noise disturbances, parties or the presence of unauthorised persons), the contract may be terminated immediately, resulting in the interruption of the stay without refund.

The villa is close to beaches and tourist attractions. Carry-le-Rouet is ideally located, about 25 minutes by car from Marseille and easily accessible via the A55 motorway.
Getting there:
By car: ~25–30 min from Marseille via N568 or A55. ~20–25 min from Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS) via A7/A55.
By train: Carry-le-Rouet station is 10–15 min on foot from the center. Regular trains from Marseille take ~20–25 min.
By bus: Line 132 from Marseille Saint-Charles takes ~30–40 min.
By taxi/VTC: ~25–30 min from Marseille or the airport.

Beaches: Cap Rousset (5 min walk, lifeguarded in season) and Calanque des Bouchons (2 min walk, within the residence). Main Rouet beach with nautical club is ~20 min on foot.
