"Massimo's property is a really lovely place to end the day and relax.
Breakfast was perfect to get us fueled up for a long day of walking ahead!
Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and great communication from a wonderful host.
Taxi's are easy around Gozo, but when visiting Victoria the bus is also convenient. "

"Memorable excellent stay at this brand new botique hotel, quiet and peaceful area in Gozo. Every where clean and tidy, and most of all Ramona is extremely helpful when ever needed. Must try."

"I arrived early and was able to get in by 2pm. Room 7 was a very good size, very clean and the air conditioning worked well (doesn't run if you're not in the room)
Breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon cooked to order with fruit, cereal and toast also available.
Great location; one block up from the waterfront and quick walk from the 'Torri' bus stop."

"Everything was great from the outset. I loved the stay, good location, just a few steps away from the party life in St Julian's, yet 100% away from the noise and chaos of it all."
"Positives, excellent friendly staff., super helpful. Great breakfast. Margaux restaurant excellent. Super comfy bed . Decent central location
Some issues, which tried to be fixed, positive, we got a room upgrade- downside things were not working in the room , got woken 730 by some sort of building work, dribbly cold shower, two power cuts, air conn not working, room felt tired. In fairness to staff they sorted the issues quickly and offered a free drink which was much appreciated . But tbh the shower was still not functioning properly, but at least it was now hot! And we had air conn.
We were told the beach club was open pm and no booking required, when we turned up it was all locked and closed at 8pm, apparently closed two days early due to weather !. … which during the week had been sunny and 26-28 degrees. So internal comms to front desk at. Went to an adjacent restaurant which was rammed and buzzing, so not sure why 1926 chose to close the beach side one, tbh it was a reason for booking this hotel, so somewhat frustrating. But overall this is a good hotel, with super friendly staff who are very customer focused."
"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks.
The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"
