Perfetto

So good experiance for staying couple nights here. Very good location, peaceful, very nice and clean room, breakfast at the cafe below was served by warm hearted people. And the most of all, personnel was exceptionelly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Grazie <3

There is no front desk, contrary to what is advertised. It seems like there has been a change of ownership or management as there was not the warm and supportive welcome that other reviews report. The communication was confusing, and frankly appalling. When got there my documents were demanded by a woman who hardly spoke a word of English, she was just there to let me in and give me the keys. She then demanded payment. After trying to explain and providing a receipt to prove see then put me on to someone who I assume is the current manager. She wanted a photo of my receipt sent to her. She laughed about the woman on reception who had no English. I also had to request a voucher for breakfast as that had not been mentioned. She initially denied breakfast was part of the deal, but later arranged for vouchers to cover my stay. The room itself was good and comfortable, though it is essentially a bed, sink and shower. It is well serviced each day. The people from the other rooms seemed to all be business men. Which might suggest they have changed their focus, but not their advertising.

Camera molto bella, tutto nuovissimo e con una certa attenzione ai particolari. Qualche problema solo sull’isolamento acustico, quindi la qualità del sonno, che sinceramente rappresenta un po’ la pecca di questa bella struttura.

Camere nuove ed impeccabili. Struttura pulitissima e c’e’ l’ascensore. Si’ puo’ arrivare in macchina vicinissimo ed accostarsi alla porta per scaricare e caricare le valigie, ma bisogna girare un po’ per poi parcheggiare - assolutamente normale in centro storico. Colazione ‘basico’ al bar sotto - perfetto per lavoratori. Se siete in vacanza una tazza di caffe’ , un sorso d’acqua e un brioche oppure piccolo panino, e’ solo l’essenziale e ‘magro’ rispetto alle altre strutture dove abbiamo alloggiato - avremmo gradito almeno anche un succo di frutta. L’unica cosa che si potrebbe offrire/ fare in piu’ per questo soggiorno altrimenti perfetto:) 5 e lode.

Chambre très bien, très bien située, ensemble accessible à pied. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit servi dans un bar partenaire à proximité (seulement 1 café et 1 viennoiserie comprise)
