"The whole resort was spotless. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Happened to witness a lifeguard in action and I was blown away by his speedy reaction. All food in the restaurants and pastries in the bars were of high quality and very fresh. The room was very comfortable and clean. "

"It's a lovely hotel: very clean, very high standards of food and drinks, and very attentive staff in the beach, dining and social areas. However some of the reception staff were very unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable at times. Particularly as I booked initially for 1 person - the room cost is the same for 1 and 2 but I thought to be a bit more eco friendly they could then leave fewer towels etc. When I tried to add a second person they refused and said it would be additional cost, even when I showed them their own website that the cost for 1 and 2 people was the same so I'd essentially already paid. It was only when I asked them to tell me how much it would cost that they finally agreed to add the person, and even then did not update the system properly so that when they arrived the next morning they had no record. I'd have expected much better service from such a luxury hotel, it just seemed like they were out to get more money even though they were already making more from me as a single guest. The stay was otherwise great but this really put a sour note on it"

"Beautiful property, clean,good food, great service. The manager Alaa always taking care of it's guests helping with any questions or service needed. Very kind and humble people throughout the whole resort. And the water and corals are amazing plenty of sea life yo enjoy snorkeling every day "

"Property is calming and beautifully designed, with a fabulous pool. Had a premium double room and it was large with a gorgeous view of the ocean with perfect daily sunrises. Staff were kind and helpful. Meals are slow, but that’s part of the charm. We also went shore diving with nearby Emperor Divers which was a bit disorganized but the dives were great. "

"There aren’t enough words for how amazing this resort is. The food is amazing and the service is great. Reef is beautiful. Housekeeping is excellent. I cannot remember his name but the worker who always serves ice cream at dinner was our favorite. He spoke very little English but was so kind. He connected really well with my husband and made the experience that much better. I would absolutely come back here again! Amazing Resort!"

"Great location for snorkelling - house reef is in good condition. The reef is accessable from a hetty which is regulated by lifeguards who sign you in and out of the water for your safety as the water is generally quite rough. The reef inland is very shallow but great for novices and children to swim/snorkel safely. The hitel has activities throughout the day as well as evening entertainment. Food has variety for all dietry needs and is buffet style. Rooms are very clean, hotel offers other services for extra charge such as use of the spa. I had 5 sessions with Fatima who I would highly recommend! Overall, this hotel is as described."

"amazing. The staff is the highlight - always helpful and always cheerful. The house reef and lagoon are great (although the reef is clearly showing signs of climate change - far fewer fish and much less thriving corals). The massages are great. The gardens are outstanding. It's a real resort but not pretentious. I found it perfect. I extended my two-week stay for an extra two weeks! Very economical for the quality."
