A real cocoon of privacy, this marvel of architecture covers an area of 290 m2 and shelters 3 bedrooms, a landscaped garden and a private swimming pool for a unique living experience with family, friends or couples. The villa has air conditioning / central heating, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, swimming pool, garden, balconies, terraces, lounges, Hammam and private parking. The Jardins de l Atlas residential complex has an 18-hole golf course with Club House, a beach and communal swimming pool, a water sports center with cable water skiing called WAKY BEACH, a children's entertainment area, fields sports (Foot, Basket, Etc.), several restaurants and bars, a mini-market and a wellness center. All just a few kilometers from Marrakech, its international airport and the Alpine Ski resorts of the Atlas. The sea and Essaouira are 3 hours by car on the highway or by train.
