"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"The Inn served its intended purpose. Great value. My only issue was the lack of shampoo and conditioner mounted on the dispensers in the shower. Aside from that, I was quite pleased."

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay."

"This was one of the dirtiest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed in. And it’s not like they just didn’t vacuum or mop enough, there was actual trash on the floor of my room when I checked in. The gym was so covered in grime that when I used a wet towel (the wipes were empty) on the yoga mat it looked like I had wiped the tires on a car. Also a little misleading to say that valet parking is available when it’s just a garage across the street and not actually part of the hotel. Would not recommend and...
