We saw a large black bear in our first afternoon, fantastic! In August it was very warm overnight, and this can be uncomfortable with no AC, but having read the reviews we picked up cheap fans in Walmart, along with groceries and beers on the way through Fresno. "I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that there was no internet connection, No TV signal. The pictures of the furnishings were not as they were physically. But the cleanliness was exceptional. "

"Cons: Overall an adequate condo for a short stay. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils could be replaced -pans were scratched, flimsy utensils. The kitchen is very small and it’s difficult to have more than one person cooking. The walls of the unit are very thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying.
