"Stayed here before going to the cruise port in Civitavecchia (about a $60 US taxi ride). Took a transit bus from FCO airport to reach Santa Marinella (you have to carry your luggage into the bus; no under bus stowage was provided). The room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Air conditioning worked well to cool down the room. There was a small balcony off the bathroom with a little chair to sit, but people would come outside of the little restaurant next door and smoke, so we had to close the doors and windows. Breakfast was nice with a selection of cereal, bread & pastries, meats & cheese, and made to order coffees/lattes. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, but it was broken. All in all, a nice place for the price."

"We felt like we were in a hallmark movie set. Showing age but a very clean and quaint establishment. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The dinner was extremely tasty and full of flavor. The breakfast hit the spot. If blessed to return we would go back."
