"Lovely villa with plenty of room for 2 families. Gorgeous views over Marina from the pool. We ate out in Marina a few times and it was always lovely. The beaches are great for swimming and paddle boarding."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the pool, and everything was easy to access - Grocery stores, restaurants, and excellent beaches for swimming were all nearby. It was also a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Vinko was an outstanding host, sharing lots of helpful local tips before we even arrived, which made our trip even better. Highly recommended!"

"Hyggelig og pæn lejlighed med hav- og pooludsigt. Max 5 minutters gang fra marinaen, men ligger stadig tilbagetrukket. Supermarked og bager i gåafstand. Strand 10 minutters gågang. a Tilgængelig og hjælpsom vært, som bor på stedet. Godt udgangspunkt til udflugter som f.eks. Krka, Split, Trogir og forskellige strande."
Beautiful family frendly holiday home with private swiming pool

"The house is beautiful. Clean and well maintained. The host is very nice and helpful. And so is his family. Nice pool. Beautiful balcony. The parking could be better, but Gustirna is a tiny little town with very narrow streets. Not easy for anyone. We came with a 7m camper and Ivan had a place 2 minutes walk from the house. Convenient. Wnen we came there were freshly baked donuts, water, milk and juice in the fridge and something strong for those in need for that. We got fresh vegetables almost every day, and also olive oil. When we left we got nice , tasteful gifts. Could not be better. This is really a place to visit. Thank you Ivan and family."

"Couldn't be more happy with our stay here. The room has a beautiful ocean view with a huge patio perfect for a glass of wine under the stars or morning coffee during sunrise. Just all around beautiful ocean view without the ocean view prices. The bistro has amazing food as well but what makes this place so special is the the staff and owner at this property. They were all very respectful, provided great service, and went out of the way to accommodate any of your needs. The location is only a 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes from the old town of trogir. Perfect for anyone looking to see a more local/relaxed vibe just outside of the tourist hot spots while still having easy access to it. The surrounding area has plenty of beach bars as well if your looking to stay close. I would recommend the mixed grill here it was the best one we had on our trip. The sundried spread was a 10/10 as well. However at the end of the day it was the people that made you feel like family while you were at this property that makes it so special. 10/10 highly recommend"

"The location of the house cannot be beat! Oceanfront home with pool and great outdoor area close to store, bakery, gift shop, bar/restaurant. Three separate living areas and kitchens make this property ideal for large groups. Highly recommend"

"Die Villa ist für 14 Erwachsene wie angegeben nicht gross genug. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung, uns fehlte jedoch ein Abstellraum. Die Strasse vor der Villa ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und zeitweise sehr stark befahren. Der Garten um das Haus ist liebevoll angelegt. Ivan ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber."
