"We stayed one night at this hotel and it was the worst experience of our life! We parked across the street of the Galleon Hotel and asked the check-in lady if it was ok to park there for the night. She stated it was not a problem. Upon check in our room was dingy, dusty and old with a shared bathroom. We asked to upgrade our room with a private bathroom and she said it would be $80 cash. She was unprofessional with 2 small children at the front desk. Upon checking in the room was also small and...

"Had a very nice time staying at Sapphire Resort. The sargassum was a bummer but the staff took very good care of it so the beach could still be easily accessible. My husband and I did hours of snorkeling and found some pretty neat fish/invertebrates. Our condo was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The bar and pool were also great. Would definitely do it again!"

"Stay was really good just didn’t like that the property is literally closed after 12am , no vending no water even or access to food or anything. On the other hand hang with Lisa and Jay down at the pool bar they are great. Food is really tasty and room is very clean for check in. They don’t offer any cleaning during the stay however it’s fine to clean up behind myself lol. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. "I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!"
