"The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was recently updated and beautiful. There were menus in our room but restaurant was not open. It's still off season and was a short drive to places to have breakfast. Loved the view and it was quiet. Would return again."

"5 stars. We should have booked more nights at this definitely location to take advantage of this nice residence. Beautiful yard with mountains in the back, green grass, and lots of space and privacy. Very close to the Skyline Trail Perfect for a couple or a family. Clean and modern. Very gracious host. Thanks for allowing us to stay!"
"Check in instructions were a bit unclear. Room was good but there was a constant knocking sound coming from the bathroom fan all night. I also couldn’t connect to the wifi."

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed for 1 night in this cozy mountainview 2 bedroom home. The place was very clean and fully stock with basic essentials such as towels, tissue box, toilet paper etc. Don was very efficient in communicating all the necessary information for check in. The place was quite spacious, pleasant and designed practically. Loved the coziness of this home in a very quite nook along Cabot Trail. The direction Don, the host provided was spot on and the place is easy to find.
Thank you Don for sharing your beautiful home!"
"We were greeted by the friendly owners who not only checked us in but also gave us wonderful recommendations about Cheticamp, local restaurants and hiking trails in the Cape Breton Highlands Park. We could walk out our motel door and walk 10 minutes to some of the hiking trails in the park. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It had attractive grounds around the motel that guests are encouraged to use. We would highly recommend The Cornerstone Motel to anyone wanting to take in Cheticamp, Cape Breton Highlands Park or just looking for a getaway."
"Quaint cottage, just enough room for 2 couples. We only stayed one night but slept well in the comfy bed. Beautiful kitchen! Found some seaglass on the beach."
