"Located next to Kuta beach and in a busy street with tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel is pretty dated; although it’s labeled as 5-star hotel, it is really a 3-star one given its condition and amenities, compared to other 4-star and 5-star ones I stayed before. Hotel room is spacious , and buffet breakfast is reasonably good."

"First time in Bali celebrating my 40th birthday with a group of 12. We had booked 3 rooms for myself, my partner, and my 2 adult kids, so it was disappointing that all the rooms were spread across different areas and levels of the resort. Unfortunately, our room was in the worst location — right near the entry gate and directly opposite a bar, so the noise was constant. To make matters worse, room renovations directly below us started from 7am each morning, and housekeeping were knocking on doors before 8am to clean. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, with not one person in our group of 12 having anything positive to say about them. Overall, it was quite disappointing for our first Bali experience. That said, most of the staff were friendly and the location itself was very good."

"Great ocean view and infinity pools. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast at the restaurant and watching sunset at the beach bar. Buggy service takes you to the street and easy access to the beach. One thing to note is the lower floors (especially ground and first floor in the main building) don’t have much privacy as they directly face the two pools but the ocean view makes up for it."
