The West Texan Marfa received a minimalist facelift in 2015, new marble bath in 2018, and new HVAC in 2022. Period details including adobe walls, lime plaster, original oak floors, and double hung windows were preserved and improved by the integration of designer lighting, Affinity paint colors, modern appliances, furnishings and luxury linens. The spacious layout sleeps 6 comfortably with space to entertain, work, or relax. At just one block from Frama, Margaret’s, Hotel Paisano, Aster, Mira Marfa, Skora, Communitie, and more; this property embodies convenience and comfort. 100 Mbps internet, Samsung Smart TVs. Such a cool place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cool property. Loved the beautiful hardwood floors and the decor. Also, the reading nook in the master bedroom was incredible. The location of this place could not be better; right across from the historic Paesano Hotel and in the heart of the eclectic downtown of Marfa.

Very convenient-walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not much to do in marfa but we had the dogs so the fenced yard and side area was perfect.
