"Breakfast was good, and the staff preparing and cleaning for it were also good. I can't say that the reception staff that register customers were good. I was very disappointed with the reception staff. They refused to help me with a problem I encountered with my registration. They claimed that it was caused by Expedia but I don't think so. Did not use the parking facility so I can't say anything about that."

"Acceptable. A hotel convenient for an overnight stay. Not appropriate for longer stays. Breakfast is poor. No face towells. Bed too short. Check-in innefficient. Lower floor rooms too noisy due to proximity to highway.
Aceitável. Hotel admissível para um pernoite. Não recomendaria para períodos mais longos. Café da manhã sofrível. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Cama muito curta. Check-in moroso e ruim. Quartos nos andares baixos muito barulhentos por causa da rodovia próxima."
