"What a joke of a hotel. Expedia shows it right in the heart of Mardin Old City, but surprise—it’s actually 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Total false advertising. When I pointed this out, the receptionist couldn’t care less. He was loud, rude, and basically told me “not my problem, talk to Expedia, take it or leave it.” Wow, amazing customer service. "5 gun boyunca konakladigimiz Agaoglu Han otelde hic birseyden memnun kalmadik. Banyo tuvalet odanin icinde bir paravanla ayrilmis. Kucuk bir pencere disinda havalandirma yok. Dus aldiginizda her yer su icinde kaliyor ve nemden, gider kokusundan oda da durulmuyor. Giriste iki sise sampuan verdiler sonra zar zor havlu ve sampuan alabildik. Kahvalti saatinin bitmesine 5 dk varken restorana inmemize ragmen, yarim saat hazirlanma suresi var diyerek kahvalti vermediler. Kisacasi hic memnun kalmadik....

"+ The room has a cool setup in a cave, the Aircon worked reasonably well. Good price. - Not very clean, the towels were wet. There was no wifi even though it was advertised on hotels.com listing. The phone signal in the room is bad, so it's hard to use the internet. The power went off frequently."
