"We were charged an extra $100 a day on the property for amenities and parking. We would never stay there again."

"The room was clean but the toilets were made for kindergartners, bring your own pillow as theirs are hard as rocks. The staff is very pleasant and will work hard to make it right. I would stay there again and bring my own comforts from home. This is a family owned motel so do not expect any of the perks of staying in hotel."

"Very nice place to stay when visiting Marco Island . 2nd time staying at old Marco inn and suites Nice place, fair price, completely satisfied and will certainly go back again in the future"

"Terrible do not stay here"

"Hotel was well kept, room was spotless, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay great! We would book this property again if in the area and highly recommend."

"Very clean room, helpful staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is really good and I will be coming back to this hotel. Heather and her staff is amazing always"

"I’m not a fan of valet parking when on vacation. I like quick access to items I leave in the car (beach stuff, etc). But the valets were wonderful. The amenities were too far from the rooms. I didn’t realize the pool, gym etc required a shuttle. Most restaurants also closed early, at 6pm or 8pm. The marina view was ok, but very close to a noisy, busy road, so the balcony was not enjoyable. The staff were wonderful, and it was really clean."

"Great property"

"Great place! Super clean, comfortable beds! Everything spotless. Breakfast good but not perfect! I would love to see more protein, not only eggs and bacon! There are way too many carbs! More protein will be a plus!"

"I would of loved to give this place a higher rating, but the music that is put on Thur, Fri and Sat evenings can be heard over the room tv until 9pm. The volume is unnecessary. The lateness not needed. People pay more for the bay view rooms and the rooms are not sound proof. Do better"

"Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). Bar and restaurant areas are excellent and location is stellar. Highly recommend"
