  • New Remodel, 10th Floor Amazing Southern Views! Sleeps 5 comfortably. You will love the sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your very own private balcony. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need while at the condo or while enjoying a day at the beach or pool. New beach chairs, tilt and anchor umbrellas, a cooler and a new Pull and Push Large Big Wheeled Beach Cart that makes it easy to get all your beach necessities to the ocean.

    Sleeps 5 comfortably! King size master, with a queen/twin bunk bed and a pull out twin trundle in the second bedroom. The couch also pulls out to a queen size bed. Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart tvs. So when you are not enjoying the white sands and aqua blue water you can stream your favorite shows and movies. Condo is also equipped with Free Wifi and basic cable. A DVD player and DVDs are at the condo if you do not subscribe to a streaming service.

    Also enjoy gorgeous sunsets, some of the best shelling in Florida, swimming in the ocean or the pool, or fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions.

    There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts. Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here for a minimal fee.

However, this year we found the unit to be run down. The shades in the master bedroom did not work. The living room rug looked dirty. The handle to open the screens to the balcony was broken. Despite that, we still loved the location and view of the Gulf.

I would not recommend the beach wagon - too hard to pull in soft sand. A 2 wheel cart would be easier - Carrying the chairs was the best way.

Reviewer Comments: We go to Marco for spring break every year and our kids love it, very easy location, very clean and had most of what we needed.I would recommend updating the beach cart to one with better wheels,as it is a must to use with kids and the air conditioning is very load but worked well. The sofa bed is the living room needs to be replaced as it caves in or may be broken when the bottom is pulleds out.

It is a hike to the beach, but it lets you get a start on your work out. My favorite thing about the beach is the shelling. So many to different shells as you walk the beach. This trip was our 5th time down here. Great Place to rent from.

The amenities were great, but I have to say the wagon for the beach was extremely hard to pull. This was our first time staying in Marco, but definitely had no complaints. It’s location on the island is quiet and serene. The updated kitchen appliances were nice with the dishwasher being extremely quiet. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels and coolers with laundry facilities just around the corner. Mattresses were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and check in / check out were seamless. Something to consider if you have difficulty walking is the 6-8 minute walk to the shoreline. However, we didn’t seem to mind. After all, what better place to walk than on the beach . We had a wonderful family vacation and loved this condo. Highly recommend!

Contacted several times, including via VRBO and received no response. Also be aware of the hidden parking fees not disclosed in the contract. Condo was fine (besides no pool), not great but not terrible however like others said its literally 15 min walk to the waterfront. You can do certainly do better for your money.

Listed as a VRBO, but you go through a company?

This is our second time in Marco Is so we knew what to expect. Did appreciate the beach towels and beach chairs as well as beach buggy. We are used to be short walk to the beach and love every minute of the clean waters and beach. The room was clean on arrival. The AC unit worked beautifully and wasn’t too loud at all—as I have read from others. Didn’t appreciate the fact that there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as less than half a roll of paper towels. Also, I booked on VRBO and was quite taken aback when I received paperwork from Harborview Rentals. That’s a bit deceiving—not quite a rental by owner I’d say. And, although stated in the rental agreement, I wasn’t fond of the 3% charge for processing on my visa with each payment. I had no interest in going through a rental agency. The deception wasn’t nice

Great view but long walk to beach and beds hard

Excellent management and cleanliness. Everything you need for beach vacation at property. The ac unit was very loud every time it kicked on it woke us up.

Excellent family vacation

This condo was perfect four our family of 5. Close enough to walk to the beach. We particularly liked being on this end of the beach, less crowded…much more our pace. Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Lovely condo!

This is a lovely condo, very well appointed with everything you need while on vacation. Extremely clean. It's a trek to the beach, but the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were a big help! Prior to arriving, I did place a call with a concern to the property manager, but the call was never returned. Only thing I'd recommend is eliminating some of the keys and moving to key codes. Too many keys to tag along while on vacation. Looking forward to my next visit to MI and, hopefully, this condo will be available. Definitely would stay again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a great time staying in the unit for a week. The unit was well stocked with towels and beach gear. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for cooking/eating. Great views from the balcony- shaded in the morning and evening. Laundry down the hall was easy. Never a wait even during the busy week. We read earlier reviews that there was construction noise. We didn't hear any construction. I would recommend this to families with kids. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We had a minor issue with the bath tub that was fixed immediately. Only downside is the physical keys needed to move around and in/out of the property. Wish the condo association would update to using key cards or key pads.

Missing

Over 65% of light bulbs were not working or missing. Dishwasher does not clean, air conditioner was extremely noisy and new mattresses in second bed room must have cost less than $40 each. So soft that sleeping on them was not possible. Great views. Mitchell

We truly loved this spot. Perfect view of the ocean and Beach and sunsets! Nice roomy home!

Had a very easy experience in renting. Very thorough packet is given to you at the office that is close to the property. Nice covered parking garage. Access to carts to take things up elevator and to your room. Easily accessible Laundry. Condo had everything we needed. Had to buy groceries and some extra toilet paper and paper towels. About 5 of the lightbulbs were out it we had plenty of light. I’d like to see those tended to because zi like things to look kept up with bu that was the only issue. King sized bed was comfortable. Noise level was reasonable. You are at the best spot if you like to walk both beaches. You are at the beginning of both South Beach and Tigertail. We walked a lot! The pool is very warm! The two bathtubs are very deep which we liked. Good for soaking after a day out walking on the beach. Beautiful views out both sides of Condo. Met lovely neighbor to the South side. Condo front desk was helpful and friendly. You must wear a mask in the building common areas or face a $50 fine. We did see some folks without but most did wear them. There is a security gate that protects the property. You must place a paper tag on dashboard. You can get that at the front desk. Best breakfast place walkable distance is Doreens Cup of Joe! Delicious. A little hard to park in small parking lot there at certain times. Closes at two. Go late and no wait. Would definitely stay here again! Delightful! The beach is wide at this point so if that’s a problem walking for you you may not want that. Not an issue for us since we like to walk. Views are glorious!
