"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"We enjoyed our stay here m, the lack of air con in 35 degree heat was a struggle but 2 fans were provided, the curtains were see- through meaning we were in the dark a lot so people couldn’t see us which was another let down. The place was practical and well furnished "

Microondas y campana extractora muy sucia con salpicones de color naranja. Las sillas de la mesa de comer son de baja calidad y se notaban que estaban a punto de romperse, hemos tenido ese modelo en nuestra casa y sabemos que son...
