Sombrero Chic offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and adventure, with spacious indoor living, a private outdoor oasis, and all the essentials for an unforgettable Florida Keys getaway.

*Pool heat or pool chiller is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.





*Pets are considered on a case by case basis and only after a paying a pet fee. Please do not book this home if you plan on bringing a pet without checking with us first



*Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.



*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.



* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.



*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
