Great time and would DEFINITELY stay again

This place is AWESOME. We stayed here for a conference that we attended. The staff were friendly. We called ahead because we would be arriving after hours and they had our information packet ready at the office. This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled. They did a great job with the remodel. Everything is very modern and clean. We stayed in a roof that had a full kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, gas burner stove and coffee maker). It is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful ocean view. They have adirondack chairs lining the ocean which is where I enjoyed my coffee every morning while watching the dolphins. We would definitely stay here again. There are also a lot of local restaurants that have fantastic food and we even rented a fishing pole from the store next door.

Not that close to the water, but with it being so cheap we didn’t mind walking the 3minutes it took to their beautiful oceanfront area!

Wsome place to stay.

We were there for only one night but we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely be back. I think it was one of the cleanest place we have been. Rooms smelled nice and fresh.

affordable place in Grassy Key

I understand that Pelican RV is motel , but I was expecting some chairs and small closet with hangers in my room! I stayed in this motel a few years ago! Looks like they remodeled rooms: a new floor, new bathroom , new beds! Appliances are in good condition! Air conditioning was working pleasant

We did not stay in the unit pictured. There was no single chair and the living area was very

Uncomfortable. There were minimal utensils, no clock, no cutting board, no vegetable pealer, etc. No place for shower items in the shower, no place to hang towels, no nightstand in the bedroom. No smart TV. No coffee table. Left 2 days early because it just wasn't comfortable. I asked the lady at check out for a military discount that was advertised on their door and she told me that I registered through Expedia and was not eligible for a discount. I registered through VRBO!

Pelican Rv perfection

We loved Pelican Rv. Will definitely stay there again! Great views, nice pool, love the tiny house living & convenience of having washer, dryer & kitchen.

Arrived in the keys earlier than expected. Called ahead to see about checking in early. They got one of the cottages ready for us early Also the cottage was incredible. Upstairs( although you have to crawl ) is large enough to put 4 air mattresses . Great for the kids. For very little more money incredibly worth it

This property was the best part of our stay! We had the cottage and it was so cute and full with amenities including washer and dryer. The propery had a tiki hut you can fish from . The residents are very friendly and alot of good food nearby.

Comforatble, clean and quite friendly.

Just finished an all too brief stay here. The 1 BR cottage was roomy, comfortable and ultra clean. The boat dock and outdoor lounging area is a very short walk. Great restaurant and bar, SS Wreck is a very short walk. Try their Prime Rib! Our best memory of the stay was the Sunset crowd who meet every night at the water to celebrate the sun setting with a little music and a cold beverage. Very friendly group!

The cottage was very clean and nice. We were very hesitant when we booked to stay at an RV park but were glad we did. We didn’t hang at the place much but were very comfortable when we did. We will stay in one of those cottages again.

The cottage was impeccable. Plenty of space and the fact it had a washer/dryer was a big plus. We have family that lives in marathon and this will be our place to stay every time we go visit.

Nice little resort

The resort was great! Nice location, close to a lot of the attractions. Cottage was super cute and fairly new. We stayed in cottage 15. Only complaints. (which are minor) 1.not enough kitchen supplies for preparing food 2. Pool was right by the road, so a lot of traffic noise 3. Could use a welcome mat to wipe feet off at the door. The front desk person was very friendly and gave us useful information for our stay.

Awesome RV resort

This cute cottage looked exactly like the photos! The lady working in the office was very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. My friends and I had an awesome stay and enjoyed watching the sunset from the resort dock. My friends just had an issue with getting service on their T-Mobile phones and hooking into the WIFI.
