The home offers a private swimming pool with spa. There is 75' of deep water dockage which offers a straight shot out to the Ocean or Boot Key Harbor. Great kayaking location. Situated only 300 feet from Sisters Creek, where you can access many great restaurants by boat, as well as gas stations and bait shops. There is a fish cleaning station with water and power access on the dock. Just a few hundred feet from the infamous paddle trails of boot key which offers everything from easy to very adventuresome kayaking trips. House has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs and an independent 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs. House is perfect for families and groups of all ages. All rentals are Private Room Downstairs is perfect for those traveling with different age groups and offers privacy with its own kitchenette and bathroom.

Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, bike, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are scheduled and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: Throughout the winter months spa will not be heated unless you pay for pool heating.
