"Everything was great except the view. I saved money using Expedia, but the room I got had a window that didn’t open and the view was of the main A/C cinder-block compound and giant A/C unit. I would suggest avoiding Room 201. This a hotel in the mountains near a beautiful lake. Views in every direction. Except 201."

"I stayed with my family my husband left his t- shirt in the room on the day of check out . When he realized after 2 hrs I called back at reception , 1st the staff refused to check it as he said room service is not available right now she can tell you . After my insistence he hold my call nd said nothing is here in the room but it’s not possible. Anyway they should hire helpful staff."

"Breakfast was not ready until after 7 Room i was in was above mechanical rm. I was informed of this but had no idea how much noise and vibration in the middle of the night it made"

"Clean, quiet and comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in days! I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years as a stop-over driving between BC and Alberta. Would definitely recommend it."
