"The hotel was great. The staff were helpful and provided good details. It was great to use the online wait list for the breakfast buffet instead of having to go down and wait. The room was clean and very roomy and we had an amazing view of the beach. I would recommend a car rental since it is about an hour away from the airport and there is no shuttle. I would definitely stay here again"

"Best place of our entire trip in Japan. Free parking with ample space. Easy to find. Check in was a breeze. Big clean room with laundry and free detergent that smelled so good! So spacious for our family of 4. The kids loved this place so much. Went swimming every day because it closed at 10 pm and was warmed. They had a sauna and cold plunge bath. Plus because tattoo friendly! Had life jackets for the kids and tube floats. Loved all the amenities at the check in including fresh orchids to pin to your hair and make your own bath sachet with salt and fresh dried herbs. Food truck every night parked outside and pizza inside not bad. Lawson a quick 5 min walk. Just great place overall and very family friendly. Onna was a nice central hub for us, especially if you rent a car (recommend). Super friendly staff! Would stay here again. "

"Not much near by, we rented a car to get there, the house has a sewage smell, maybe due to the storm. There could be some sewer back up smell at the showers room at the bottle level. Provide the owner the feedback, they never responded back so hopefully it's fixed soon. Communication with the staff is hid and missed. After a couple of messages, they ignored me about missing towels. They discarded the message after telling us to use the laundry. "
