The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn A/C up to 78° Take all trash to outside trash cans and cover with lid.
Put all dishes in dishwasher and start.
Strip all beds that were used and put all dirty laundry in laundry room. Do not start wash. Pull all kayaks and paddle boats up on the dock and flip over upside down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No fish cleaning in the house.
The cove is a NO Wake zone. Please abide by it.
Do not Cross into the middle of the high line for any reason. You will get stuck and you are entering private property that we do not own.
