Rooms and corridors in dire need of revamp.
TV not working, iron was unreliable, seriously cracked hand basin.
For the price all around the stay was functional. "

"I like the room was clean /airy and fresh . Central position to use the cafe and bars of Neath .
Negative ,they did try and charge me the second time but did sort it out …
Local Parking is available at extra cost ."

"Very clean, nicely presented. Everything we needed including washer for messy children. Lots of space, good that there is shower room upstairs and bathroom downstairs, as a family of five.
Location was excellent for family celebration, also so convenient for supermarkets.
