"Lovely studio loft style room in a charming neighborhood. Check in was incredibly convenient. Room was decorated well, made the stay feel very luxurious, especially for the price. Number of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. If I’m in the area again, I would absolutely go out of my way to return to this location. Hearty recommendation."

"Great location, cute remodel, fully stocked kitchen, open outdoor space!"

"Very clean, great location, easy parking."

"This property is so adorably decorated and we truly got the beach vibe without all the sand. LOL It is perfectly located with so many fun things to do and great places to eat. We loved enjoying a cold beverage while relaxing on the porch swing. It worked perfectly for our weekend getaway and we will definitely recommend it to friends or family looking for a place to stay. It was super easy to find and check in and checkout was super easy."

"The stay was comfy and cozy and exactly, what was needed for our quick weekend stay. Its conveniently close to many things. Communication was good. Just lots of scuff marks and dents/scratches on walls and furniture that I took pics of before even dropping luggage off. Just to make sure it's not charged. But everything was provided, shower is lovely. Bed is comfy. It was good"

"I would suggest getting a full length mirror, so people can check out their whole outfits when they get dressed. Also a mat at the entrance of the building cause when its raining its slippery & one for the patio (inside), cause when its raining its slippery when you come back inside. Other than that everything was great. The place was extremely clean & the host was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again when I visit, if there's availability"

"I’m never sure what neighborhoods a good when I’m traveling. Turns out, this one was perfect. We felt very safe and it was quiet and peaceful. My husband and I stayed with our two adult children for three nights. We all had enough private space in clean, comfortable bedrooms. The back deck was perfect for relaxing evenings and slow mornings."

"Great stay! We will be booking there for future trips to Louisville!"

"Another delightful family gathering in Louisville. The backyard and grill provided a great spot for lunch and dinner. Karen gave us a heads up on Easter Egg Hunt at Paristown. Super fun for little kids. This property is a great location. Cherokee Park and pickleball courts are a short drive away. Will be back at this property for sure. "

"Enjoyed the location and quiet neighborhood. You will not be one disappointed."
