"The staff were amazing. They were friendly and remembered you every day and greeted with a smile and wishing you a great day. The rooms were well maintained, large and clean. Beach was great and only one day out of seven were unable to get a lounger. If no loungers available, they have mats to use on the beach. The hotel is in a great location on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, massages and activities. Highly recommend it, and will definitely book here again when returning. Have to give a shout out to the bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and the security guard which always made my day with there smiles and greetings. "

"We booked 3 nights stay for 2 adults and 2 children ages 16 and 13. Upon arrival we were told to pay and additional 8,400 php for the children because they were considered as adults. We contacted Expedia and Expedia said the hotel should never charged us extra because it was not in the contract that children over 12 yr old are considerate as adult. Expedia tried to contact to hotel be could not get through. On top of that, the children were also charged for breakfast even though the hotel contract said that breakfast was free. Please be cautious with hidden fees when booking with this hotel. We were very disappointed and will not be back."

"They lied to even as we were checking in. They claimed the rooms had a Terrace. There is one Terrace on the top floor which is shared by everyone else staying on the top floor, the beach view from the room is nonexistent. You open your curtains to see roof tops of buildings next to the hotel. If you are lucky you might be able to get a glimpse of the water between the roof tops. We had booked a premiere room and nothing inside was premiere. Rooms were small and furniture outdated and beat up. Beware the website paints a different picture of what you are really getting. I can’t believe their Starr rating. I am thinking it was fake reviews posted by the people who work there. They would not let us cancel any of the three nights we booked, fyi we had booked two rooms for three nights. So we didn’t check out and went up the way and booked at the Astoria two rooms for 3nights. We went back on the 3rd day to checkout. We didn’t want these crooks getting double booking for these crappy rooms. I can go on how bad this place is but it doesn’t deserve this much advertising talking about it. "

"This is a great value for Westerners. Breakfast is great. The rooms are really good. The facility is just beautiful. They didn’t have a hot tub like it said online, and the gym needs attention, some of the equipment is broken. It’s a really quiet place away from the busy beaches, but it’s just about a 200 250 peso ride to White Beach and D mall"

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room itself was clean and the staff were generally polite, which I appreciated. However, there were a few significant issues that affected our overall comfort. We came as a group and booked a total of 5 rooms. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 5 rooms had air conditioning units that were blowing very weak air. In our case, we reported the issue multiple times and were told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to cool down, but even after 2 hours, the room remained hot. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with an 11-month-old who was already sweating and uncomfortable. It took several follow-ups before any action was taken, and eventually we were all moved to different rooms. Additionally, the pool area did not feel well-maintained. Some of the tiles were loose, and a sharp piece actually came off and injured my husband’s foot. While the staff did offer to bring him to a clinic, I believe there should have been more accountability or compensation given that this involved a safety issue with the amenities we paid for. Overall, while the cleanliness and staff attitude were good, the delays in resolving issues, multiple room issues within our group, and safety concerns were disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again."
