"Although the room was a bit outdated and somewhat dark, it was very clean. The ac/heating unit was a bit loud, but it worked as it should. I used it for heat. The beds were very comfortable. Easy check in & check out for a 1 night stay. Parking spot right outside the room door. The room had a mini fridge & small microwave which was a nice added touch. Towels & linens were provided. There were 2 soap disks and 1 small shampoo packet in case you forgot yours.
This motel is not a modern, multi-story hotel with all the fancy amenities (pool, spa, gym, bar/restaurant or long hallways, etc), but it brings back the cool memories of a time when one story motels were where people took their families. The area surrounding the hotel was tidy and clean. I was a solo, female traveler & did not feel one bit threatened or afraid for my safety. The area appeared to be safe. The hotel has shopping & grab n go food all within walking distance.
It was a nice, clean, budget friendly, simple & safe place to stay for a night or two; shower; and rest. I would stay here again if I was in the area. "
