"Hotel ideally situated just off the A12. But there is no road noise that disturbed our sleep. Room was nice and clean well stocked with tea and coffee, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron. Breakfast was very good and kept us topped up for most of the day. Although we didn't eat in the hotel, the menu had enough variety and was decently priced. Bar had a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and not too badly priced. My only complaint would be that the towels in our room were a bit...

"Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The room was spacious and clean with a great en-suite. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner plentiful and very tasty. Parking was easy on site. Highly recommend."

"Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse ."

"Hotel room was a bit tired looking but big and comfortable. The staff were lovely ,food and drink very good and very reasonable. Nice garden and a fabulous breakfast."

"Bathroom was lovely and modern but could do with a better shower, like a rainfall head. Breakfast buffet was not replenished quickly, partner gave up waiting for beans and the Natural/Greek yogurt was absent. Strangely there was too much ham on the eggs benedict, which made the dish cold quickly. Could also do with being extended. 9.30zm finish is too early for someone enjoying a night away from home. The hotel check in is 3pm unless you offer the £40 early check in fee, not great for customer...
