I had to contact to try to get a new hotel all they told me was that they talked to the hotel and they guaranteed them it would be fixed I returned to the desk and the lady screamed at me you could have just told me. The linens were dirty the bathroom was mildew stained, there was no water pressure. Horrible hotel "
