"We stayed 4 days. Message when we checked in was to let them know if temperature needed adjustment because thermosta was located upstairs. . I messaged to say we were cold and received no response. Bed is low platform bed and not comfortable. There pillows were particularly uncomfortable. Also there customer should be told there are several steps to get down to back lower apartment. All this being said the apartment is well thought out and really pleasant.."
