This is as the worst property that I’ve ever booked through Expedia. I’m surprised that this property is even an option. They couldn’t find our reservation and basically didn’t want to be bothered by us. The room had holes in the flooring, roaches and was nasty. We were transferred to another room that wasn’t much better. This room never had hot water for showers and even after someone came up they still didn’t fix the issue. The bathroom sink was stopped up when we checked in and I was told by the maintenance person that was not their problem and to call our Expedia representative. I have never been so disappointed in a property. I took mutable photos and will post them on any website available so no one else has to have this problem. I would recommend that anyone booking in this area find a different hotel or accommodations. Unless your okay with roaches, cold showers and filthy conditions.
