Studio in Merdassier (Manigod) right on the slopes

NEW: Recently renovated apartment/studio in the ski resort of Merdassier (Manigod). Facing South-East and with a breathtaking view of the Aravis mountain range, this studio is ideal for 2 to 4 people but sleeps 5.
Enjoy direct access to the slopes of Merdassier. The snow front and the heart of the resort are only 1km away. You will be located 4km from the Col de La Croix Fry, 11km from Manigod or La Clusaz and 17km from Thônes.

THE ACCOMMODATION
It was completely renovated in 2025 and is now functional, fully equipped and comfortable so that you can fully enjoy the mountains and nature.

Composition of the apartment:

Kitchen equipped with the following: fridge (with a freezer part), mini oven, 2-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, filter or walk-in coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, 3-in-1 blender (blender, whisk, chopper, measuring cup), raclette and fondue set. New 👩 🍳 crockery and kitchen equipment
Table (with extension) and chairs/stools for 5 people 🍽️

Living room equipped with a sofa/trundle bed (2x80x190cm or 1x160x190 if you glue them together), blackout curtains and a television 🛋️ (⚠️WARNING, no Wifi)

Sleeping area with window and blackout curtain in which there is an 80x200 sofa bed, a storage drawer, a storage cupboard and a mezzanine with a double bed (140x190)🥱🛏️

Heating is done by several electric 🔥 radiators (it is therefore advisable to take small slippers so as not to get too cold on your feet)

You can enjoy the sunny days from a small balcony facing South-East, table and chairs available, offering a beautiful view of the Aravis ☀️🏔️ Chain

You are ski-in/ski-out with slopes close to the apartment. For beginners, it will be enough to go down to the snow front 1km away. You have a ski locker on the first floor.
You can enjoy downhill skiing in the Manigod ski area and the La Clusaz ski area which is connected for more pleasure and diversity. In cross-country skiing, you will have the Beauregard or Confins area nearby. Several walks are also possible directly from the apartment. TRAVELLER ACCESS
During your stay, you will have access to the entire apartment, the balcony and the ski locker.

OTHER REMARKS
⚠️ During school holidays, rentals are only from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. During non-holiday periods, you must book a minimum of 4 nights.

Sheets and bath mat ARE PROVIDED depending on the number of people. Towels and dish towels are not provided 🧺

Infants are allowed but there is no cot or high chair available 👶

Our pet friends ARE NOT allowed in the apartment 🐾 PGJyPg�PGJyPgPGJyPgThe apartment is NON-SMOKING 🚭

You can park free of charge in the parking lots below the building. In addition, shuttles are available to circulate in the Aravis 🚘

Our accommodations are unfortunately not accessible and adapted for people with reduced ♿ mobility
In addition, it is located on the second floor and there is no lift.
