Amazing Stay!

Extremely Pleasant Experience From Check In To Check Out. Extremely Clean! Even The Hotel Room Doors Had Seals To Verify Housekeeping Had Deep Cleaned. Antibacterial Hand Wipes In The Room Was A Great Bonus! Especially In These Uncertain Times... I Felt Extremely Safe & Comfortable That Staff Was Doing Everything Above & Beyond To Keep Guests Safe! Next Time & Everytime...I Travel To Manhattan... There Will Be Zero Need To Look Anywhere Else For A Hotel.

Great experience

Super clean room, lots of outlets for personal use in the room. The grab and go breakfast had a nice variety. Staff was friendly and everyone wore their masks. Great stay, and ill be looking for another Hampton Inn when we travel in the future.

decent place to stay.

Was fine. A little aging showing. They got paint all over curtains. Ceiling cracking. Shower head not great. One outlet not working. Fan on ac was fairly loud. But was clean, bed comfortable. Seem to be taking necessary precautions. No real problems.

Was clean. Amenities were lacking but mostly because of COVID restrictions. I want coffee available during the day, not the little keurig stuff in the room. The comforter was too heavy and had to wake up to move. Traveling companion had same issue. A mid weight blanket for both beds should have been available. Staff were friendly. Place was very clean. Not a horrible place to stay by any means

Friendly and clean stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff checking in and out! Our room was clean and sealed when we arrived! The only issue we had was that the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke off and on.

It was horrible. The pool was closed. The room was dirty, hair in our beds, mold and mildew in the bathroom. The tub didn’t drain so my kids stood in about three inches of the shower water while we cleaned them. We stayed for maybe 2 hours and left. Didn’t get our refund or anything. Very dissatisfying.

Smelled like mildew, took multiple photos of mildew, so tired I had to sleep for travel, will never stay here again, and can't believe I even paid for the room. I could have found a roach motel in better condition.check your rooms before you stay here.

OK, that’s it.

Staff was excellent. Hotel needs new carpet throughout. Elevator unusually slow. Entrances on side and back were riddled with cigarette butts, and weeds. Front entrance had trash to welcome us. Wanted a daily clean in my room. Bathroom has rust at baseboards, poor paint job. Wished we had chosen better.
