This two-room holiday flat is located in a holiday complex on a gated property with direct access to the lake.

The flat is located on the second floor of a building with twelve other flats. The house has a view of the lake and is also safe for children, as there is a guard on site. The living area is 55 square metres and there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x185) and a single bed (90x170). The large living room also has a sofa bed (170x160), a new TV with USB port and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and cutlery and has a gas cooker and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and WC.

You can relax on the well-equipped beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can go wakeboarding, wakesurfing and banana boating. There is also a minigolf course 200 metres away. There are numerous bars, restaurants and pedalo rentals in the vicinity. The centre with its numerous shops is also only one kilometre away. During the summer months, concerts and festivals also take place here.
