Upon entering you enter the corridor; on the left the well-equipped kitchen, in front of the living room and on the right the first bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom can be reached either from the living room or through a door between the two bedrooms.
Among the services included are basic sets for the kitchen and bathroom, TV and washing machine, as well as Wi-Fi for internet connection.
The square in spring is filled with flowers and climbing plants, so much so that it is one of the squares most photographed by those who find themselves walking along the porches that connect Piazza Imbarcadero to the area of small restaurants on the lake.
The car park is about 100 meters away from the apartment.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
