3/5 - Okay
Great town, although the somewhat ruined it with all the outlets, half of which are gone. Old manchester was so much better, and the sirloin saloon wass the center of everything

Was surprised at the dirty floors in common area and in my room one of the curtain sheers was ripped, other curtains were hanging off hokks, caulking at sink looked old, cracked, carpets in staircase dirty. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Close to skiing and hiking
A quaint yet engaged village. We were only there for a short time and due to weather didn't get an opportunity to explore as we had hoped. But our appetite has definitely ben whetted so we will be back!
Terrible that most of the restaurants and shops were closed for Tuesday AND Wednesday so we were unable to do most of what we went there for.
Great central location for skiers, near four nice downhill ski mountains and some x-country. Good variety of restaurants, but don't think you don't need reservations for the better ones. And one of them - Bistro Henry - just closed.
Manchester was beautiful but DO NOT STAY AT THE INNS AT EQUINOX!!!
